Client Intake Coordinator
About Position
Beckett
Personal Injury Lawyers is focused exclusively on personal injury
litigation. We have built a reputation for excellence in all areas of
litigation and we have a strong commitment to exceptional client services. We
represent individuals who have been injured or victims who have been exploited.
We have an opening for a Client Intake Coordinator which is the first point of contact for prospective clients. Client contact will primarily be through telephone calls, but emails and text message are also a common medium of client communication. The fundamental task of this position is to listen to the client’s situation and in a sympathetic but efficient manner, obtain and document the relevant information. A secondary role is assisting with law firm marketing so proficiency with social media such as Facebook, Instagram and other platforms would be helpful. Opportunities to advance into legal assistant or law clerk positions exist for the capable candidate after establishing proficiency in the intake coordinator role.
Successful applicants will be able to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills, accuracy and attention to detail is required for this position. Reliability is central to this role so attendance and commitment to the job are vital. This is an “in the office” job and although remote work is possible on occasion, the role requires physical attendance.
Experience is not necessary, what is required are good listening skills and an organized approach. Prior employment, education or experience in a legal or administrative setting is an advantage.
