Adam is an associate at Beckett. He works in the plaintiff injury group.
Adam was raised in Richmond Hill, Ontario and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from McMaster University prior to beginning his law career. He attended law school at Western University in London where he improved his skills in trial advocacy and negotiations through participation in law school competitions. While at Western University, Adam worked with the Community Legal Services clinic providing legal services to underprivileged members of the London community. He also assisted in developing new community legal education services through Pro Bono Law Ontario.
Since being called to the bar in 2014, Adam has worked exclusively in the area of plaintiff personal injury appearing in the Superior Court of Ontario, Smalls Claim Court, Social Benefits Tribunal and License Appeal Tribunal. He has appeared as co-counsel in several Superior Court trials. His practice includes assisting clients with personal injury claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, slips and falls, statutory accident benefits, long-term disability and professional negligence.
Adam’s memberships include the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Middlesex Law Association.
Adam takes a client-first approach to litigation and adopts solutions to legal problems which best fit with the client’s needs. He will take time to ensure his clients understand all benefits and entitlements available to them to help decrease stress after an injury occurs.
Outside of the office Adam spends his hours on his other passions which include martial arts, music and spending time with his fiancé.
