Mitch is an associate at Beckett. He works in the Personal Injury Group.
Mitch was born in Windsor but raised in Delaware, Ontario. He graduated with an honours degree in political science from the University of Western Ontario in 2012. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor in 2017. Mitch was a summer and articling student at Beckett in 2016 and 2017, respectively. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018.
Since joining Beckett, Mitch’s practice has focused exclusively in plaintiff personal injury, assisting clients with injury related matters from slip and falls, motor vehicle accidents, assistance with accident benefits claims, and other insurance related matters.
Mitch has assisted in representing clients in the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, the License Appeals Tribunal, and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board.
Mitch is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Middlesex Law Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Canadian Bar Association.
Outside of the practice of law, Mitch has served in the Canadian Armed Forces as a Naval Reserve Bos’n since 2008. He has sailed on both the East and West coasts of North America, and participated in the multi-national Operation Caribbe – a drug interdiction operation in the Caribbean Sea – aboard HMCS Summerside in 2013. In his spare time, Mitch enjoys ice hockey, weight training, hiking, and video games.
