We provide free, covered parking within the building for clients. We have office space available to meet with clients in Windsor and other cities throughout Southwestern Ontario. We also make hospital and home visits.

Almost all of our cases are taken on a contingency fee basis.
This is a way for a client to retain a lawyer without having to pay any money up front, without having to pay any money as the case proceeds, and where the lawyer only gets paid if the case is successful. You have probably seen ads on tv with lawyers proclaiming “You don’t pay unless we win!” – that is a contingency fee agreement.
Our standard contingency fee is 33%, which is consistent with the industry standard.
We take great care to very clearly explain the terms of these retainers in advance and in writing before we begin working on your case.
